At 3 a.m. on Sunday, Mark Ross learned that his younger sister Eliza Fletcher, 15, has been killed in a car crash.
Even though it was the middle of the night, Ross understandably wanted to be with his mother, and so a kind pal agreed to drive Ross to Detroit.
According to Inside Edition, Trooper J. Davis pulled their car over for speeding at about 100 miles per hour. When Davis discovered that the driver’s license was suspended and that Ross had an outstanding warrant, he subsequently towed their car.
